No as i can't afford it before Christmas, and yes want to play this after borderlands.
I don't think we'll be finished borderlands until after xmas anyway.

Anyone pre-ordered this game.

I'll be honest i wasn't in a hurry because i didn't know how it was going to work out, and the reviews aren't doing an awful lot to convince me otherwise. I quite enjoyed the beta but i didn't get an amazing impression and the vehicles on the game were so-outdated at times, a driving game to me is all about the cars and i've driven a Nissan 370z around a million times.

Just curious how many actually pre-ordered.

Nope.

I'm still kinda interested to get it but the reviews arent exactly selling it.

Thing is, I'm pretty sure that, at the right price, there's still plenty of fun to be had.

It might get better with patches.

I'm not so bothered about which car I'm driving as how it feels and where it's driven so ... Still watching and waiting ...

Is it worth picking up this game at any point to play with you guys? TBH I didn't know you were playing it together unless I may had invested in it sooner.

Do you just do races together or the story missions etc? From what we played Ex in the beta it was quite fun.

We haven't tried the PVP stuff yet and have only been doing the story missions.

Neither of us are that far into the story that you couldn't catch up in a few sessions. I think MK caught up with me after 1 longish session.

I really like the game, there's some decent variety in the missions, and the world is great looking with some really varied landscapes.
