Okay, so a bad idea RAIDing my Samsung 850 and OCZ; OCZ has died and therefore RAID is dead.

Purchased a second 850 today and have my RAID back up and running (although i was going to keep them as 2 seperate SSDs at one point...!). Could have done without the extra expense but nevermind, tis what you get with shite companies.

Was my own fault mind, had been complaining that there was on an error on the RAID for weeks and the OCZ was showing "Error Occured [0]" but i didn't have time (or the motivation) to do anything about it.

Yeah didn't OCZ replace one before?

Isn't the OCZ drive under 5yr warranty or something?

Yeah the second OCZ to go on me - this was the replacement for the last one that died!!
I've been asked to send it back for a replacement - but don't think i'll even bother putting it in.

Anyways i'm back up and running! Literally only took me an hour to install Windows 10, download all my programs and have everything sorted!

Hmmm looking back at the speeds you guys were getting when this topic was current and comparing with my new SSD, mine seem WAY faster than yours! :o

Unless I'm reading it wrong, or have done the wrong test?

Did you use Samsung Magician to optimise your Samsung SSD?
