:o Wow! That's a bloody bargain! Thanks for the heads up.

I really don't know if I can make £99 available at present and it's one day only.

None for delivery and none for collection in-store.

Oh well nm.

Actually, scratch that. I managed to find one in Winchester so reserved it and we took a drive out to collect it.

What a bloody bargain. Well chuffed, thanks again Dan.

I checked for miles around me early this morning, none in stock anywhere.

Oh well, stick with my gamepad.

Caved in and eventually purchased the G920 @ PC World for £179.99 including the gear shift.
Bit more expensive than this post but so far well worth the money; Enjoying Dirt Rally (albeid difficult) and Forza Horizon 3 on it as it feels more laid back when racing.

Due to the wheel and gear stick not clamping to my desk as it is too thick, i'm at the moment having to put a sheet of wood on my desk and clamp it to that to get a stable setup. Not the end of the world but it is a little awkward (wood sometimes slips when turning to harshly) which obviously can put me off at a critical moment of driving.

Wondered whether it may be worthwhile investing in one of these. It can be permanently sat on the stand if need be would only need plugging in via usb when i want to use it:

£91 - could you justify the additional?

Wouldn't suit my needs as I'd need to find somewhere to store it when not in use... Plus £91!! :o

Couldn't you attach a wooden batten underneath your desk just to add a bit of extra thickness where you need it?

PS. This is the USB switcher I use:-
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00VK9PRIU

I keep all my USB devices (Joypad, Wheel, Joystick 1, Joystick 2) all connected permanently and I just switch on whichever USB port I need to be active.

Sorry unless i'm mis-interpreting i don't think i explained that clearly. I mean the part of the desk where the wheel clamps too is too think, i think its only a 2" clamp but our desk is well over 3" thick.

That USB hub looks nice, might have to invest in one soon.
